Customer was not happy so it was returned
So I do not or claim to be a collector of Hess trucks , THE TRUCK IS SO NICE EVER PLAYED WITH , BOX IS REAL SOLID. HAS THE INSERT AND PAPER WORK , LIGHTS WORK BUT FLICKER SWITCH MAY NEED CLEANING BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED
