This pretty bit is designed help lower a horse's head and give you a nice soft feel.
According to Les Vogt, high leverage bits encourage high-headed horses to drop from the base of the neck, helping them to balance and  perform better.
The bit's 8" cheeks feature beautiful hand-engraved German silver overlay on a stainless steel base. The mouthpiece is made from sweet iron with copper roller bars. The copper roller bars on the mouthpiece will add about 20% more "feel" than the same mouthpiece would have without them.
In the Performax line it is considered to be Leverage 3 (High)/Mouthpower 2 (Medium)
