Nice Vintage 1968 Marx Hess Toy Tanker Truck - All Lights Working - No Box

For your consideration today is a used 1968 Hess Toy Tanker Truck for sale.
Overall this truck is in pretty good shape. In terms of missing pieces, only the driver’s side mirror and the rubber hose are missing from the truck. The chrome pieces that are present are original and in good shape but suffer from some tarnishing. The driver’s side cab HESS decal has completely peeled off. The other decals are in overall good condition with some chipping and discolored. There is a stain on the passenger side of the tanker, partially over the GASOLINE logo - I do not know what it is and I have not tried to remove it. Besides these issues and a little bit of dirt and dust here and there, the truck is in great condition and is very presentable. All wheels roll freely with some squeaking. The battery cover has both square trailer feet and the Marx Toys logo.
The battery compartment is free of corrosion and all four lights are functioning as pictured. The lights are finicky though, and I had to play with the switch and hold the battery in order for them to come on and stay on.
